Ordering Policies

2009 Refund / Cancellation / Product Return Policy

Requests for discounts/refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the date your order was processed for fulfillment. We are unable to honor discounts and issue refunds for orders processed beyond that timeframe. Discounted pricing cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect charges that might have occurred to orders.

Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, extended online access, and previous year sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation or return of any individual component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full retail value plus a $20 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Audio, video, and CD-ROM software may be returned provided that the product is unopened and in its original packaging and shrink-wrap. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. NO returns will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when the order was received. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $20. Defective materials may be exchanged for the same product within 90 days of receipt of order.

Requests to cancel orders that have been processed will be subject to a $20 restocking fee. If an order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, a $20 restocking fee plus shipment costs will be charged against the refund. Requests for orders to be cancelled after they are processed will result in the refund being less a $20 restocking fee. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the refund amount would be less the shipment costs, in addition to the $20 restocking fee.

You must contact our customer service department via phone, fax or email, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the order and you need to write the RA number on the outside of the box. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30-45 business days after the return is received.

PassProtection™
Kaplan Financial Education is so confident that you will pass your Insurance Licensing Exam after taking our Live Class or Interactive Online Course, that we will provide free enrollment in the event that you do not pass your Insurance Licensing Exam.

You are eligible for our PassProtection™ program if you utilized Kaplan Financial Education's Live Class or Interactive Online Course to prepare for a state exam but will be repeating that same exam. This program allows you to reschedule your review course up to four times within one year of the date purchased.

Shipping Policies
All materials are shipped within one business day after receipt of order and payment. Orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise instructed. For an additional fee, we will ship materials by next-day or second-day service. Express orders must be received by 12:00 pm to be delivered the following day.
